Welcome to RizzAlarm. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RizzAlarm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

RizzAlarm is a mobile alarm clock application that requires users to complete challenges (such as solving math problems) to dismiss alarms. The app is designed to help users wake up more effectively by engaging their cognitive functions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using RizzAlarm, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose as an alarm clock
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Ensure the app does not interfere with critical responsibilities where oversleeping could cause harm

4. Subscription and Payments

RizzAlarm Pro:

• RizzAlarm Pro is available as a monthly subscription at $3.99/month
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• The trial period will be specified at signup
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RizzAlarm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The app will function uninterrupted or error-free
• The app will wake you up in all circumstances
• The app will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

Important: RizzAlarm should not be relied upon as the sole method of waking up for critical events where failure to wake could result in significant harm or consequences. We recommend using backup alarms for important events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzAlarm and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app
• Any consequences of failing to wake up, including but not limited to missed appointments, work, or other obligations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RizzAlarm, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are owned by RizzAlarm and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the app at any time
• Update the app to fix bugs or add new features
• Change the pricing of subscription plans with reasonable notice

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RizzAlarm operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
